A new 18.213 sq. feet Gold LEED accredited project incorporating a 10 vehicle service bay and a 10 vehicle showroom. The new development is the very first Gold LEED commercial building in South Niagara and only the third automobile dealership to be LEED certified in North America. Energy use was a key consideration in the building’s design and construction. Captured rainwater is used for hydronic heating installed as loops and pipes beneath the concrete floors. This same water is reused for the washrooms and carwash system.
