A proposed 7 storey with approximately 23,000 square feet condominium building providing 150 units overlooking the John Daley signature golf course. The design of the building incorporates a strong Romanesque masonry detailing within a contemporary and light glazing system. Contemporary and light balconies provide relief and strong shadow lines.
