A facade improvement to an existing one storey commercial plaza. The project involved infilling a previous underutilized refuse room access into leasable tenant space and amalgamation of medical tenants into one area. Elevated wooden slats with structural framing are proposed at location of existing single whythe masonry veneer demising walls to provide illuminated signage and vertical delineation. An angled slotted fascia provide a backdrop to the proposed signage.
