A contemporary 1,000 square feet dining room addition to an existing seafood restaurant. A successful Committee of Adjustment application allowed for the full height glazed dining room to be brought out to the Cameron Street property line. The roof fascia conceals the mechanical units as well as blending in with the adjacent roofs. The masonry veneer at the base and roof attempts to tie the addition into the existing masonry veneer surroundings.
